The main objective is to collect data (temperature, hygrometry, CO², etc.) and to study on a daily basis the evolution of the different constructions to continuously improve the performances. Advances underscored by our mastery of sourcing the best materials, advanced technologies, regulations, the environment and the sustainability of buildings.
We also, during the design, discussed some thoughts to obtain homes called "Premium". A challenge that our company had set itself and which we managed to take up thanks to the R & D Center as well as to our investigation and our motivation to advance the world of building.
In addition, we have developed a 100% bio-sourced construction prototype made of straw (Nebraska method). A constructive method, little known in France, that we want to make accessible to the general public. A construction in total respect with the environmental qualities and which is a definite asset for our sector of activity.
Our R & D Center also features a built-in cottage model with double interlocking technology that offers fast construction, high performance insulation, increased durability and natural moisture resistance. Other projects are underway and we do not intend to stop there ...
